Ice Cream, ice cream we all want more ice cream!

Grammy and Papa spoil our girls just as a grandparent should. Here are the girls loving the ice cream that they got from their grandparents. Joriann looks like she is an old pro at eating a ice cream all by herself.

After-Halloween

After Halloween my friend called and told me that she just opened a box of hand me down dress up clothes and she found a Uniqua costume. Knowing how much Addilee loves Uniqua my friend gave us the outfit. Despite the fact that Halloween was over Addilee was thrilled to be able to dress up as Uniqua her favorite Backyardigan character and is already making plans to be Uniqua for Halloween next year.

Halloween

We went Trick or Treating in the neighborhood where Nate grew up in St. George. Addilee was scared of the whole idea of Halloween and so we didn't make her a Uniqua Costume because we figured we wouldn't be trick or treating. Well, not only did she love trick or treating, but she wore three different princess outfits.

We went to a high school in St. George during the day to get some treats.

I am teaching a Pre-school co-op with my two sister-in-laws and two other friends. I was in charge of the month of October and so we did a Halloween parade in our back yard on our tricycle path. It was really fun.

Sweet girls

Here are our sweet girls. They are so good to each other. They love to play together.
Joriann fell all the way down the stairs today. It is her first, it was very exciting(scary). Luckily she doesn't seem to have hurt herself. We do have family pictures next week so we were surprised that she didn't get a black eye.

Pot in Bed

What?..... It is normal to sit in bed with a pot full of water. Nate and Addilee soaking Dads swollen ankle in my big cooking pot. Did I mention a pot full of water on our bed. Addilee thought this was great fun. She provided the play in the water tickle masage.

Sprained ankle

Nate loves to watch Jazz basketball. Darin Williams on the Jazz sprained his ankle in one of the games. Nate thought to himself that it has been a long time since he has had a really bad sprain. That night when he went to play church ball one of the players landed on his ankle. Now he has his very own sprained ankle. I have never seen something so ugly. I think we are done with the foot injuries.

My Toe Story

I was at Addilee's gymnastic class and went barefooted to go help her and caught my toe on the floor mat. It was much more painful than a stubbed toe. I thought that I broke it, which I might have I still don't know. It swelled so I couldn't put a shoe on. It is amazing how a little toe can become such an attention getter.
